Cancellation & Refunds
Go to My Account > > My Classes > under Status, click on Unreserve
Your class count will automatically be refunded to your account upon cancellation, provided cancellation was performed more than 12 hours prior to the class
We do not charge a cancellation fee. However, if a class cancellation is performed less than 12 hours prior to the class, we will deduct RM12.50 as late cancellation fee
If you do not show up for a class, no refund will be given. Depending on what package you are on, your class count will be forfeited or we will charge RM25 as no show fee
