We ask for your first class that you arrive 20 minutes before class so our reception team can check you in, help you set up in class and show you around the studio. Go at your own pace, take a break if you need to. Make sure to inform the instructor if you have any injuries prior to the chosen workout
Sports attire (activewear) you can stretch & feel comfortable in, yoga mat, towel and a bottle of water
Please arrive at the studio at least 20 minutes before your class, in order for a member of staff to assist you with any set-up or preparation required
Unfortunately free trial classes are not offered. However, we do have a good deal for our trial package (Studio Unlimited Intro) – RM99.00 for unlimited classes for 7-days
