We operate as a pay-as-you-go credit based system, where one credit is equivalent to RM12.50. Credits are purchased as 1 credit or in packages of credit bundles. All classes can be booked easily and quickly online. No hassle
• Hot Card is our new credit-based card. You can purchase credits as per or in packages of credit bundles.
– Minimum purchase of a Hot Card is RM50 = 4 credits.
– Hot Card credits are not refundable as cash.
– You may top up the amount if the credit balance in your Hot Card is not enough when making a transaction.
Yes, you can transfer your credit to another person. Transfer request must be sent to info@hotyostudio.com. Please indicate the name, email address & how many credits you wish to transfer.
The other person must have an existing account or register for a Hot Yo account to be eligible to receive the credits.
